Cat’s Stash wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept exchanges for the Exact Same Item or Merchandise Credit. We do not offer any cash, debit, or credit card refunds!
Please note: if there are an excessive amount of Fraudulent Reports/Cancelling Charges with Banks (of orders placed on the Customer’s behalf) Cat’s Stash has a right to ban any Customer who continuously makes these false claims. As it is considered stealing from the company!
Customer’s have a total of 14 Days to exchange the item(s) or reach out to Customer Service for a resolution or any concern(s) you may have.
Exchanges will be accepted under the following terms and conditions:
- ITEM CONDITION : Unless an item is being returned because it was damaged upon receipt, item(s) must be returned in the following condition.
- CLOTHING, SHOES, JEWELRY, OR INTIMATE ITEMS : Must be in an new and unused condition, with original tags or price tags attached.
- PLUSH DOLLS, TOYS, FIGUREINES, ELECTRONICS, GLASS, OR MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS: May be in an “Open Box “ condition, but must be complete and have its original packaging, items intact and able to be resalable. (Unless shipping caused the item to be damaged prior to arrival, or it is a faulty product!)
- ONLINE RETURNS:
For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 14 days of the original delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service via email: catsstash101@gmail.com
Please include your order number and a reason to why the item(s) needs to be exchanged or returned. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed, once your return is received.
